Non-NHS letters and forms

A reminder that all non-NHS letters, forms and assessments that need to be completed by our staff will attract a charge as the work is not covered by our NHS contract. The standard charge for this is £18 although certain items (such as employment medical examinations) will be charged at a higher rate, based on the amount of work involved.
