YYGP also helps patients share feedback or raise concerns. This can be done with their GP practice, Healthwatch, or the integrated care board (ICB).

Opening Times
Consult our doctors online
Our eConsult service allows you to request advice and treatment from our practice online, giving you self-help advice for hundreds of common conditions. We accept econsult requests for routine issues from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note – this platform is not safe for any urgent requests for medical help. Please contact the surgery by calling us if you feel this is an urgent request. We will respond to your request on the same working day it is sumbitted. The response can vary from booking an appointment, sign posting to other local services that can help, or giving advice when to contact back.
