I book appointments and coordinate patients to the correct clinicians and prescriptions, forward-facing greeting and meeting patients in the practice.

I have worked various roles in the practice, I started as a receptionist, then supervisor, then assistant practice manager, then practice manager for over 15 years, I have now moved back to reception after reducing my hours and I will take my NHS pension in September, I have taken all of my roles and responsibilities with patients duty of care at the forefront.
